Warranty Policy

At Wooflix, we take pride in the quality, durability, and craftsmanship of our products. We stand behind our products and offer a Limited Manufacturing Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.

This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, limitations, exclusions, and claim process applicable to eligible Wooflix products.

2. WARRANTY COVERAGE

Wooflix warrants that eligible products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period.

Covered products may include:

  • Dog collars

  • Dog leashes

  • Reflective leashes

  • Harnesses

  • Pet travel accessories

  • Pet training accessories

  • Feeding accessories

  • Other Wooflix-branded products unless otherwise stated

Coverage applies only to defects resulting from manufacturing errors and not from misuse or normal wear and tear.


3. WARRANTY PERIOD

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, packaging, or product documentation:

Standard Warranty Period

90 Days from the Date of Delivery

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer.

Proof of purchase and warranty registration form is required for all warranty claims.


4. WHAT IS COVERED

Examples of manufacturing defects that may be covered include:

Stitching Defects

  • Premature seam separation

  • Improper stitching

  • Manufacturing-related thread failure

Hardware Defects

  • Faulty buckles

  • Defective D-rings

  • Defective metal clasps

  • Manufacturing-related hardware failures

Material Defects

  • Defective webbing

  • Material separation

  • Manufacturing flaws affecting product functionality

Assembly Defects

  • Incorrect assembly

  • Component attachment failures caused by manufacturing defects

Each claim will be reviewed individually.


5. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

The warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear

Including:

  • Surface scratches

  • Fabric fading

  • Cosmetic wear

  • Dirt accumulation

  • Routine aging of materials

Chewing Damage

Damage caused by:

  • Biting

  • Chewing

  • Tearing

  • Scratching

Pet products are not chew-resistant unless specifically advertised as such.

Misuse or Abuse

Including:

  • Improper use

  • Excessive force

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Use beyond intended purpose

Improper Sizing

Issues arising from:

  • Incorrect measurements

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Improper fitting

Accidental Damage

Including:

  • Cuts

  • Burns

  • Water damage

  • Vehicle-related incidents

  • Impact damage

Negligence

Including:

  • Failure to inspect products regularly

  • Continued use of damaged products

  • Improper storage

Natural Variations

Minor variations in:

  • Color

  • Texture

  • Material appearance

  • Packaging

which do not affect functionality.


6. PET BEHAVIOR EXCLUSION

Pets are unpredictable and vary significantly in:

  • Strength

  • Pulling force

  • Activity level

  • Aggression

  • Chewing tendencies

The warranty does not cover failures resulting from:

  • Aggressive pulling

  • Escape attempts

  • Destructive behavior

  • Excessive force beyond normal use

No pet accessory can be guaranteed to be escape-proof, chew-proof, or indestructible.


7. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

  • Photographs showing the defect

8. PRODUCT INSPECTION

Wooflix reserves the right to:

  • Request additional photographs

  • Request return of the product

  • Conduct product inspections

  • Verify warranty eligibility

Warranty approval is subject to inspection and review.


9. WARRANTY REMEDIES

If a valid warranty claim is approved, Wooflix may, at its sole discretion:

Option 1: Replacement

Replace the defective product with the same model.

Option 2: Equivalent Replacement

Provide a comparable replacement product if the original product is unavailable.

Option 3: Store Credit

Issue store credit equal to the product’s purchase value.

Option 4: Refund

Provide a refund where replacement is not feasible.

The chosen remedy shall constitute full satisfaction of the warranty claim.


10. SHIPPING FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed:

  • Wooflix may arrange return shipping, or

  • Reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with claims that are found to be outside warranty coverage.


11. LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

This Limited Warranty is the sole warranty provided by Wooflix.

Except as expressly stated herein, Wooflix disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

To the extent permitted by law.


12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Wooflix shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Special damages

  • Incidental damages

  • Property damage

  • Veterinary expenses

  • Personal injury

  • Loss of profits

  • Emotional distress

arising from the use or inability to use any product.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected product.


13. TRANSFERABILITY

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Proof of purchase from an authorized Wooflix sales channel may be required.


14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Wooflix reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Warranty Policy at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the website.


15. GOVERNING LAW

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
